Complete the checklist and spend some time thinking about the output so you can learn what worked well/didn’t work well from the project to ensure greater success the next time you approach a similar project.

Signals of successful use

Feeling confident that the project went according to plan, and if it did not, having the ability to think about why and what would be done differently the next time around.

Signals of unsuccessful use

After completing the checklist, realising that either you are unsure of what has been completed during the project, or realise that the project did not achieve what it was set out to do.
