Anger Management

Anger Management

No man can think clearly when his fists are clenched.

George Jean Nathan

This topic covers actions to manage your or another’s anger, avert violence, and reap benefits from channelling anger to good purpose.

Anger’s good! Rows can clear the air and break through obstacles to progress. Anger can fire us up to fight injustice or right wrongs.

Anger’s bad! Uncontrolled outbursts can wreck teamwork, poison personal relationships and destroy careers. Suppressed anger can feed discrimination, bullying and violence. Nursing anger can erode your emotional and physical wellbeing, and get in the way of achieving your full potential.

Use it, don’t lose it! Simple steps can divert destructive explosions into constructive activity and address the roots of outbursts to side-step future conflagrations.
